We stand behind BrandSentry Pro and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and how to request a refund.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with BrandSentry Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies even if you have actively used the product during that period.
The 30-day period begins on the date your first payment is processed, not on the date of account creation.
2. Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. However, we review all requests on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion in the following situations:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our part
- A technical failure on our platform prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
- Exceptional circumstances — contact us and we will do our best to help
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — we do not prorate refunds for unused days in an active billing cycle unless covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@brandsentrypro.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your BrandSentry Pro account
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We will send a receipt confirmation the same business day and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Most refunds appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.
6. Remove Your Payment Information
We do not store your full card details on our servers — payment data is handled securely by our payment processors. After cancelling, we recommend logging into your account and removing your saved payment method for your peace of mind.
7. Free Trial Periods
If you are on a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been taken. If you are charged unexpectedly at the end of a trial, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond promptly to all refund requests and can often resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
